Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lega Movies iOS application (the “App”) provided by us (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Lega Movies is an entertainment discovery app. It provides movie and television information, AI-powered recommendations (Cinematic AI), watch-provider links, a personal saved list, and a randomized picker (Roulette). The App does not stream, host, or distribute any movies or shows. All playback is handled by third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

3. Subscriptions — Lega Pro

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription called Lega Pro that unlocks premium features including AI Hub (Cinematic AI), Roulette “My Pick”, ad-free experience, and priority support.

Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. Local prices in the App may differ based on your App Store region and currency, and may include applicable taxes.

3.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Settings → Lega Pro inside the App.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.3 Free Trials & Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for any introductory offer only once per subscription group.

3.4 Refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

3.5 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, tap Restore on the subscription screen to recover your active subscription.

4. License Grant (EULA)

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Bypass paywalls, license checks, rate limits, or any access restrictions.
• Use the App to transmit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
• Use automated systems to access or scrape the App or its third-party data sources.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Content & Services

Movie and TV information is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Recommendations are powered by Google Gemini. The App may display links to third-party streaming providers; we do not control and are not responsible for those services. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its name “Lega Movies”, and all associated trademarks, logos, code, graphics, and content (excluding third-party content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Movie posters, backdrops, titles, and metadata are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that recommendations are accurate, complete, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate the relationship by uninstalling the App. Sections 4–11 survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction continue to apply.
